2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Limited Edition MAGNUM

This Limited Edition Cabernet Sauvignon showcases the exceptional characteristics of Clone 8 with a touch of Clone 33 to enhance it's aromatic profile.  On the palate, the wine is full-bodied yet approachable, with a smooth mouthfeel that is not overly tannic. Its structure is well-defined, with a notable mineral backbone that adds depth and complexity. Dark fruit flavors dominate, with blackcurrant and plum leading the way, supported by nuances of cocoa and a savory tobacco note.  The finish is long and sustained, gradually revealing oaky vanilla tones from the 42 months of aging in a mix of French, American, and Hungarian oak. These late-emerging vanilla notes add a delicate sweetness that lingers on the palate, creating a satisfying conclusion to each sip.  For the best experience, decant the wine and allow it to breathe for 30 minutes or more. While enjoyable now, the wine will reach its peak in 2-3 years and has the potential to age gracefully for up to 20 years, thanks to the use of extended-length, all-natural corks.
