2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve

Clone 8 makes up the majority of our Reserve structure while blended with a third of Clone 33 to provide fruit on the nose.  Enjoy black current, blackberry and black cherry aromas that will support the rich and approachable palette.  It's oaky finish is provided by predominantly French oak barrels.  Best with decanted and allowed to breathe for 30+ minutes.  Enjoy now, best in 2-3 years, and through another 15 years!
