2019 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Made using the fruit forward Cabernet Sauvignon Clone 33 and blended with a third of Clone 8 to provide tannic structure.  The smooth and approachable palette consists of strawberry, cherry, raspberry, and red current and is complimented by a pleasant intensity of vanilla from both French and American oak.  Best when decanted and allowed to breathe for 30+ minutes.  Enjoy now and 10 years from now!
