2020 Estate Dolcetto - The Woodlands

Grapes for The Woodlands are harvested from a flatter section of the vineyard near the trees, with less than a 5% southwest slope. The cooler microclimate brings a more subtle profile, and like The Highlands, it’s aged in a mix of French and American oak, offering softer tannins with a gentle spice and earthiness.
