2020 Estate Dolcetto Reserve

Our Reserve is a blend of 4-parts The Highlands and 1-part The Woodlands, with the added complexity of less than 5% of our estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon (clone 33). This special blend delivers a richer, more structured wine that balances the bright fruit of The Highlands with the softer, more earthy tones of The Woodlands.
