This naturally fermented 2023 Estate Blanc de Grenache-Viognier is a lively and aromatic blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Viognier. The Grenache whole clusters were pressed very gently, just until color appeared, to produce this light wine. The natural fermentation process enhances the wine's authentic expression of terroir, lending a purity and vibrancy to the aromas and flavors. On the nose, it offers a delightful bouquet of green fruits, including crisp apple and freshly sliced pear, with delicate floral hints.
